Silhouette is made by Artifact Creative Foundation.

License

If you got Silhouette from the Mac App Store, your use is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

If you got Silhouette another way, Artifact Creative Foundation grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on Macs you own or control. You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Your content

You are responsible for what you show through Silhouette, including the images, movies, and web pages you choose as layers. Use only content you have the right to use, and follow the rules of the video services you send it to.

Web pages

Web pages you load as layers come from third parties. Artifact Creative Foundation does not control them and is not responsible for their content or their terms.

No warranty

Silhouette is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Artifact Creative Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of Silhouette.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always posted here with its date.
